The Advanced School of Mass Communication embraces a new strategy for student’s registration. This was made official on the 9th October 2019 through a communiqué signed by the Director Pr. Boyomo Assala.
Preregistration, though a new system in ASMAC is already assimilated by many students on campus .The link has being available to level one students from October 3, 2019 and to level two and three students on October 12, 2019.
“It is but normal that we proceed with the facility of computerised registration instead of stocking our offices with registration files. This is something practiced by many universities today, we are actually late in terms of technology but better late than never” are the deductions gotten from M. Essama, a school official.
Students simply need to get preregistered through the given link; https://forms.gle/MpxrbtgDn3QVvQ49.
The online registration is schemed this year such that, once a student gets preregistered, it will automatically be sent to the server. Through this platform, a payment note will be given to each preregistered student.
This will permit individuals to have a matriculation number and can eventually deposit his school fees in a bank with that validation.
It should be noted that students in level 1 are more or less obliged to follow the procedure as soon as possible. It is a means for these students to signal their presence on campus and eventually secure a space for themselves.
In case of any retaliation, then stands a chance of being wiped out of the list. Moreover, we observe that in state universities, preregistration is done by new students specifically those in level one.
The administration decided to make a difference by including both levels 2 and 3 because it is a newly brought system which they expect all students from ASMAC to get embarked in so as to create similarity. “Indeed it is easier and more practical to be registered online and it is not optional for any student “declares M. Mbengono, school official.
