The board in charge of the control of services rendered by telecommunications networks in Cameroon has urged operators to improve on the quality of their services.
The government of Cameroon is fine tuning strategies geared as improving continuously and sustainably the quality of network passed across by those operating in the telecommunications sector in Cameroon.
Going by the recent outing of the General Manager of the Telecommunications regulatory board (ART) government is asking the said operators to do more in a bid to improve on rendered services “the rate of call failure in Cameroon is becoming alarming, poor sound quality and impromptu call breaks”.
It’s then clear that “government will take the necessary measures if operators don’t remedy to the situation” for Cameroonians all over the territory must benefit from a quality service rendered by the said operators as it is vital for the development of the country.
